Hellgate: London Hellgate London News
   Kaiser Hwang läutet Betaphase ein  Geschrieben am 18.09. 2007 - 15:37 von sh1nDer Community Manager Kaiser Hwang meldete sich heute auf der neuen offiziellen Hellgate London Homepage zu Wort. Neben dem Verweis auf das bekannte Interview mit Ivan Sulic und der Bitte, kleinere Mängel der neuen Seite zu verzeihen, läutete er den Start der Betaphase ein. Dabei hob er deutlich 2 Punkte vor:
1. In der Beta werde es zu „Charakter Wipes“ kommen, d.h. Charaktere werden in gewissen Abständen zurückgesetzt, also gelöscht. Spielern wird daher empfohlen, die Zeit zu nutzen und noch einmal alles aus ihnen herauszuholen, bevor es zur Löschung kommt.
2. Als Ausgleich für die Wipes verspricht Kaiser Hwang ein größeres Beta Update in naher Zukunft mit neuen Inhalten und einer Menge weiterer Änderungen in den letzten Wochen vor dem Release.
Die Endversion rückt also immer näher, die Vorbestellungen sind in vollem Gange und einige Glückliche tummeln sich bereits in der Beta. Jetzt hilft wohl nur abwarten und Tee trinken.
 [Hier die Originalmeldung] Howdy folks! As you may have noticed, our site has had an official Extreme Site Makeover TM. You'll have to excuse some of the technical hiccups you might be experiencing. We're aware of any and all issues, and are slaving away at making all the little niggles disappear. We've also got more features in the queue, so think of the site as a constant work-in-progress.
The good news about this is that as Hellgate: London grows, so will this site. We've got new and exciting features planned for the short term, the long term, and the really long term, so keep in mind that everything here will just be getting better from here on out. FYI, you'll get all of the news updates on this Underground page, so bookmark it for convenience.
In other Hellgate news, our official Beta testing has started! For those of you currently playing, there are a couple things we want to give you heads-up about. One, we'll be performing character wipes in the very near future. Best to go wild with them now, and make sure you get the most out of them before they're gone. Yeah, we know it kinda sucks since, but hey, that's why it's Beta testing! ^_^
Two, since we're taking away something, we'll give you something back in return: new beta environments! If you've liked what you've seen so far, then the next big Beta update will make those last several weeks before launch go by a little bit easier. Expect this and a host of other changes sooner rather than later. As always, head on over to the official Beta forums to talk about all things Hellgate.
